In this hands-on role at the Rydalmere facility, you will operate advanced machinery, manage kiln profiles, and ensure every component meets the stringent quality standards required for global innovation.

Location: Rydalmere, NSW. Easily accessible, with ample parking and public transport. Hourly Rate: Competitive base rate + superannuation + penalties (where applicable). Shifts Available: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

• Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (full working rights required).

• Compliance: Ability to pass a National Police Check and role-dependent medical checks.

• Manufacturing Experience: Demonstrated background in production, ideally within ceramics, advanced materials, or a high-precision industry.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Proven ability to competently operate complex machinery such as kilns, presses, or material processing equipment.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality, traceability, and adherence to technical batch card instructions.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks including lifting up to 20kg.
